Kim was very professional and really knew her job and helpful in explaining everything to me. I was downsizing to a smaller place. I had lived here a long time and she was always very understanding and kind. She always had a smile on her face or tried to make me smile. You won't find a better realtor!

Kim was there every step of the way. She answered any questions I had about being a first time home her and made sure the houses we looked at were exactly what we were looking for. I reached out to her because she is a customer of mine at work and normally doesn't deal with the area I was looking to buy in but made the long journey to show us houses even late in the day due to my crazy work schedule.

After seeing our reaction to the house we eventually purchased, Kim worked hard to find comparable houses. I was having difficulty trying to fax a large document to my lender and Kim assisted me by faxing it on my behalf. She was so patient with us and set up many house visits for us to find our dream home. She was very responsive to our needs and meeting deadlines for the offers we made. She was also able to give us insight into what kind of work could be done and how each house could work for us. She was excellent and just what we needed during this crazy time.

We started looking for houses in early March. After the first couple Kim started to understand what we liked and disliked. She helped us look at houses she knew we would like. After getting outbid many times over the course of months we were finally able to land a house. Kim had been nothing short of Amazing this whole time. She never wavered at any point, even after showing us a ludicrous amount of houses. She negotiated the house down and had some clever insight and strategy to help us on our way to homeownership. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!
